At Sibra House, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer returns within 30 days of your order, provided the product remains unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.

For product integrity, hygiene and energy reasons, oracle card decks cannot be returned or refunded once the original seal has been opened or broken.

Stop It Swap It: The Novel

Unopened and unused copies of the book may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they remain in their original condition.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service, as Sibra House cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

within 14 days.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. These situations are handled separately from change-of-mind returns, and nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
