Got these when I bought the book they're a fantastic tool I use in the mornings especially if I didn't have time the night before to read. The prompts are simple to grasp but highly effective. Sometimes it's about journalling, sometimes it's answering a question or it could be another thing entirely that the card wants you to do. A good way to wake up and get in the right headspace for your day ahead. Really enjoying them.
These cards are really easy to connect with. The prompts are simple, thoughtful and often make you look at things a little differently without feeling over the top. They’re beautifully done, easy to use, and a really nice companion to the book. Definitely something I’d recommend to anyone who likes practical tools for self-reflection.
